Update regarding COVID-19
Dear Patients,
As many of you know, we hold the cleanliness and the sterilization of our office to the highest standard. We have continued to hold these standards while monitoring the progression of COVID-19. In the interest of our patients’ safety, as well as our own, we have been seeking guidance from the College of Denturists regarding the next steps to protect our patients and manage our office during this uncertain time.
Today we received direct instruction from the College of Denturists of Ontario to immediately suspend ALL non-essential denturism care to aid in the prevention of spreading the novel virus, COVID-19. This is in light of many denturism patients falling into the most vulnerable patient groups.
We will be rescheduling patients whose appointments will be affected by the closure.
Please rest assured that our regular cleaning, sanitization and air purification procedures are surgical-grade and will continue upon our return to the office.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we hope that you stay safe and healthy.
We look forward to seeing you all again upon reopening on April 6th, 2019.
For denture emergencies, please do not hesitate to leave a voicemail on our answering machine. The answering machine will be monitored regularly.
